High School
Welcome to High School Ministry
High School ministry is here to help you live and love like Jesus in your everyday life. We gather to worship and learn about God's story and our place in it each week. We spend time building friendships, meet in small groups, and have a ton of fun together. And through it all, we're learning how to follow Jesus in our crazy lives.

New HS Service
Because of all God is doing in the High School ministry an additional HS worship service will be added at 11AM! Our 5PM gathering will remain the same while our morning service, starting March 17, will meet on the cafe patio.

ISI Small Groups
This is a great way to get connected to other students on their faith journey. Our ISI Small Groups are all committed to sharing their lives with each other, studying the Bible, and serving the community around us. They are groups of 8-12 other guys or girls that meet weekly. Surf Ministry
Bring your friends and come out to surf (or try to learn) at Mondos Beach in Ventura. We’ve got the boards and wetsuits. 6:30-11am. Drop off and pick up at Calvary.

Senior Banquet
Your time in High School is coming to an end, but your lifetime of following Jesus has just begun. Come look back, celebrate graduation and dream about the future on this special evening only for the class of 2013. May 19, after the 5pm service in room 1100.

High School Hume Lake Summer camp 

July 21-27, 2013. Cost $550.

Theme: Phoenix Dark

Who is Phoenix Dark? Everyone has an opinion, but what are the facts? In a story shadowed with mystery and intrigue, a man is asked to uncover the truth about who Phoenix Dark really is before the clock runs out. This summer we will be asking the same question that Jesus asked his disciples in Matthew 16:15 - “But what about you?” He asked. “Who do you say I am?”

We are heading to Hume Lake Christian Camp for a week of amazing speakers, worship, activities including ziplines, paintball, kayaking, daily recreation, and fun with your friends.

This Camp for High School students going into 9, 10, 11 or 12 grade in the fall of 2013. We leave early Sunday morning the 21st and will return on Saturday evening the 27th. We will be attending Ponderosa at Hume Lake.

Limited Scholarships are available through Hume Lake and Calvary but students must participate in our fundraiser to be eligible. Details on the fundraiser are coming soon. Cerebral Palsy Home
We'll follow Jesus' example by serving the residents at the local Cerebral Palsy Home. Our world has changed as we've come to know and love them and we'd love to invite you to join us. Bring money to get Yozen frogurt afterwards. Drop off and pick up at Calvary.
Weekly on Mondays, 6-8:30pm. We will not meet on 5/27.
